Underhood enhancements would've been a good selling point. Even if it were just decorative. I'd love to get some weight measurements on a stock ASC to see if they gained or lost after the conversion. That'll affect performance in a major way. Mine is a shell now and will never be stock again. It'll ...

ASC McLaren vs Saleen on Motor Week 88

I found this ASC McLaren vs Saleen Mustang video while playing around on YouTube https://youtu.be/dQIR9qLQIig

They got most of it right except for the notion that the ASC was built off of a GT.

Still offering this car for sale. Things are even tighter now that I had to move out of the home where I was living..I am now pinned down in a place with 2 underground parking spots...No place for a project car.

It was an auto but I converted it to 5 speed. The 5 speed pedal assembly comes with but there is no motor/trans...just the chassis and body panels.

Straight/Clean 88 ASC Mclaren Rolling Chassis/Parts $1500.00

Things have taken some strange turns for me lately and I need to sell my project. I've lost a good chunk of my income and my cousin passed away leaving me with his fully restored and built up 95 Cobra.

I just don't have the $ or room to keep my 88 ASC McLaren in my tiny little storage place behind ...

No problemo.

The 4 point G load brace was a good piece. It's been discontinued for a while due to low sales but it really worked on the cars I've used them on.

Some project on my Resto mod ASC MclAren project

My buddy flaked out on my for a motorcycle ride so I found myself working on the McLaren today.

I recently picked up a new client for race car videos that I've been doing. When I went to his shop he had an 05 GT with race seats in it. I immediately asked him if he wanted to trade the stock seats ...

Sorry I've been ignoring the McLaren for a while and haven't visited in a log time....

The bolts on the rear of that 4 point G load brace are much longer. They are just regular bolts with a simple washer to keep the head from tearing into the powdercoat finish. The front bolts are the same as stock ...

I'm not saying the SER is a POS.

I was just consdering the rarity of the ASC in comparison to the others you have listed.

You can always get another one of those.

Not true with the ASC.
