Does anyone have access to a car without the DF and/or ST on the buck tag? Being able to go over one with a 'fine-toothed comb' to visually compare what it has and doesn't have to a similarly equipped car that has the DF/ST is probably the only way this will get figured out. A side-by-side ...

What about tinted glass, or shaded tinted windshield (ST), as opposed to basic clear glass?

It is a common option. Maybe.

'DF' is on tags from bodies with door frames (solid roof and sunroof) and on tags from bodies without door frames (T-roof and convertible).

'DF' is on tags from models that had black door frames and on tags from models that had body-color door frames.

Good point, since it doesn't look like there is enough room for a full size spare, but DF and ST is a very common build code for them to be on most buck tags. So logically, we are overlooking a couple of very common builds, what ever they ...

For some of them I have no addittional info. For others, well, it's a bit thin, for a number of reasons out of my control. It's rare to get much more info than what is already covered by the Buck Tag or the VC Label.

If ST is common to almost every car. Could it be as simple as "spare tire"? I'm just thinking what may be common to all cars.

Could NLR be "no luggage rack"?
Luggage rack is actually listed on my build sheet as one of the dozens of different items on it. Most cars wouldn't have one. Maybe thats why most cars say NLR on the buck tag.

I snagged this Ebay auction when he lowered the price to $399. I have been looking for one of those since I ruined mine at Sears Point back in 1988. (Turn 3) I thought I would never find one again. I like the fog lamp style one too but the non-fog version is original to my car when I bought it off ...
