Thanks Stan. It' really doesn't feel that fast to me.

I did turn the boost down to 9 psi though. I'm pretty sure this block has had about enough abuse, at least the bearings. So when I get the money and time I will start building up my other block and trans.

Put her on the dyno yesterday

Here we go. Corrected on a Mustang Chassis dyno it made 501 rwhp and 583.9 torque.

First pull she was way rich so I let off at 4200.

I did the same to my front end. Instead of buying new I repaired it along with the cracked side and rear pieces, so far they have held up well.

I have pics of the process here.

I ended up recycling my old window run channels. I cut them to fit the 1/4 plexiglass. Not the best solution but it worked and looks good too.

Well I have sent my check and all paperwork to Grundy. Screw Hagerty! I have heard of a few guys getting the run around from them now, so they won't get my business. Grundy was also $86 cheaper.

I'm waiting to hear back from Grundy now too. They are actually cheaper anyway. I just don't understand the issue, it seems everyone carries the same kind of agreed value that I want yet they are questioning it. I have sent pics of the car with the new paint. I did have a car dealer-collector-body ...

Guys with collector car insurance come on in.

So I'm trying to set up my policy with Hagerty and they say the 10k value I want on it is too high. They want documentation for that value. WTF, if I'm paying the premium for the value what's the deal? Since I did my own paint work, and all the work on the car how the hell do I prove it?

What are ...
