Need to replace the fuel pump. Looking for suggestions. Go with what was stock or upgrade it to a Walbro 255 LPH high pressure pump? Any issues going with higher flow?

Thanks negusm! I believe I have the T5 manual transmission, but how do I know for sure?. What are you using for fluid in yours? What are recommended or preferred spark plugs brand for the 302? Platinum, Iridium or just basic plugs?
