Are you asking if the M81 was built? Yes, about 10-12. They were about $25,000 in 1980, a HUGE price tag.

I almost bid on a NICE one that ultimately went for just $35k a few years ago. I got cold feet and almost cried when I saw how little it brought.

I bought them. I will post pics once they are on the car and I have had a chance to get some decent shots.

Yes, that's what should make them fit, but I was just wondering if anyone had personal experience. The package LMR sells them with 255/40/17 tires- definitely wider than stock.

I like the look and would like to go for it. They should work, but was just hoping for any personal experience.

Do I understand that the windshield glass in the 1987-90 convertibles is the same as stock, but the door glass is unique to these cars?

I had previously asked if the rear quarter glass stock is stock, but then realized these cars don't have rear quarter glass!
