I would place my bet on somewhere in Florida based on the colors of the building and that there appears to be a few palm trees reflected in the buildings windows.

You would think there would be one Ford dealer out there selling for true MSRP and advertising nationwide about it. -Mike

The dealer I used to work for sold all of his Shelby 2007 GT500's & Shelby GT's at sticker, but there was a catch.
He didn't sell them to just anyone, he hand picked who he ...

It reminds me of the Mad Max Interceptor nose.

Congrats on the purchases!

You won't find a nicer or more honest guy than David Beeke to buy a car from. I'm sure it was hard for him to part with it too.

I would like to here more about the Falcon too. I would love to have a mid-70's XG GT in my garage.

BTW I have a funny feeling I am right on this but if you remember when Ford came out with the 20th anniversary and called it the GT350 Shelby sued Ford for using that name. I strongly believe because of this very reason the new Shelby GT is not called the GT350 or even the Hertz model. As if Ford ...

When my sister worked for Ford, because of her job, she had to visit many of the assembly plants on a weekly basis and I asked her if she could get me into the DAP plant so I could see the Mustangs being built.
She obliged, and the day we went was one of the coolest things I had ever had the ...

Sandy,

A big thanks for looking again and clarifying what you found. I agree, based on that info it sounds like this car most likely originally had Platinum stripes then and not Popsicle Orange.

Thanks again. :notworthy:

When the new owner of the GS sends you the pictures of the Buck Tag could you post them?
I'm really curious to see it.

Thanks,

Just want to get it straight

Sandy,

Can we get a final confirmation regarding the original stripe & wheel color on this car?

As David pointed out, in this thread:

you had stated:

Onto the car....'ya, she looks real good to me, too. Not ...

Contact Kevin Marti, he can reproduce many of them. You must supply all the codes off of the original tag.
