I have been speaking directly with the owner.

1. It's original. He bought her new at a dealer in Florida. She was new & instock, he claims, with the white seats. He had no idea that it was special

2. I enlarged the photo. The roof is a replacement. Wrong Stitch Pattern!

3. She has the original Whistler Radar & the Recaros & Automatic.

4. The wife says "absolutely NOT" !

Dark Charcoal Grey

The opening bid price didn't seem out of line.
Only 19k on the odometer, probably a 1 of 1 with those white seats.

I think he means the hood vents ?

All hood vents were body color regardless of year.... No ?
I don't think it was repainted either ?

This one's optioned out just like the other one except for paris blue paint and this 1 even has a White top.......... Looks sharp and very original from what you can see in the pics.

I checked the VIN against my master listing.

1. Original Interior was Regatta Blue (NO white seats!)
2. Original Roof was "Atlantic Blue" Cambria Cloth
3. The Taillight Covers are MIA
4. Due to the hazing of the headlight covers, we can tell that they are original, and therefore the taillamp covers were on the car at some time.
5. I doubt the mileage..... 18,000 in 22 years? The tailpipes are NOT OEM, and the pull down is surely broken. 2 BIG gaps, roof to tonneau and Tonneau to body.

White tops were only ascMcLaren applied to 1990s.
Dark Chocolate tops were 1989s domain ONLY
