Check his other auctions, he has ascMcLaren COUPE grey sunvisors with flip covers & mirrors.

Yes. I was told the parts are from a basket case 85 asc coupe. He hasn't told me the VIN but I have a suspicion which car it may be.....and the car was junk.....that is if it is the same car.

Mike,

This is the coupe I had, that was rusted out. I don't recall the vin, I had given it to you about a year ago. I picked up in Tennessee, decided I didn't have the time to fix it, sold it to him. It appears he has parted it out. I heard he sold the body and Mclaren tags to someone in Ohio.

OK, then I know what one it is...I think it was that rusted hulk that was up on ebay.

The only way to "fix" it would have been to rebody it for the most part. Maybe we'll see it again one day from Ohio

Mike,

There is a another 85 Coupe in Ohio, that was wrecked hard on the passenger side ( roof damage) and has a salvage title. I bet the guy that bought the wrecked 85 Coupe is going to take the 2 and make one.
