Anyone else as mesmerized by this show?

Makes American car shows look like nancy-boy commercials!

Sandy,

Top Gear
is a show from BBC and broadcast on BBC America. They have many reruns, but the most current season is on Monday nights.

You can find plenty of clips on YouTube. The car tests are real, not sissy, and the challenges are hysterical.

They took a Ford Transit on the Nurburgring. They road tripped from Saigon to Hanoi on old scooters. They put celebrities in an econobox and run them around a road course. It's good.

THE Best car show on the planet.

I love the Toyota Pickup thrashing and the Ford Focus test. Great stuff.

It's on BBC America. It's on basic cable (Comcast) in my area, but sadly not in HD.

Alternatively, it's all on DVD and Blockbuster online has the last couple seasons.

Failing all that, YouTube is a good choice. The Roush vs GT500 is interesting. It to me verified Ford should've just called it an SVT Cobra and spent more on the suspension and less on licensing Shelby's name.

Love the Show but be forewarned they are not to friendly on there reviews on American cars. But then again that's some of the comedy of it.

Love the show and they're often right about American cars--as we all know.

Too much emphasis here on going in straight lines and cheapest possible parts.
