1985 listed on Ebay. No bids at $5,000.00. Claims a full restoration costing over $20,000.00 but the Recaro seats are not hooked up.

I contacted the guy and suggested he register here. Hope he does. And yup, no reserve. No opening bid at $5,000.00 and that's just a crying shame!

I also contacted the seller. I asked for some pictures of the engine. Wondering if it was also rebuilt and cleaned up while doing the restoration.
Sure is a shame the economy we are in right now. Hopefully things will turn around soon.

We recentley sold a capri vert at my dealership for a good bit more than open bid. Just takes right buyer these cars rarley do well on ebay.

A buyer who is totally unfamliar with ascMcLarens, then the bidding is going to be piss-poor (legal term). They only see it as an old Mustang or "some kinda Mercury" ~

Sorry for the late post. I bought this car. It has had alot of work done to it. Complete repaint,new top, and the seats have been recovered. Looking forward to some nice weather to start enjoying it! Posted one picture in my album(could not get picture to load with post). The serial number is 132

Is this the car that was for sale on Hank's site. With lots of pics. Was asking 15K and described as fully restored. All the body effects and light covers and Recaro. If it's that car it's a steal for sure.
