Re: Tires
Everything I have read is the same.. 225/60-15. That is what I went with and I think it fills out the wheel wells nicely. I also just purchased a Cadillac pull down motor from Ebay today. Will let everyone know how that install goes here when I get it. For now, a good ole bungy cord is my pull down motor!svo413 wrote:Pretty sure the vert. Used 225/60-15 tires

Well my replacement motor came in the mail yesterday, and it is already installed and it works perfectly! I can finally motor down the tonneau cover nice and tight! Best $90 I have spent so far! I also won the auction for the center caps on Ebay for my Mclaren wheels as well. It has been a good week!
That's great! See you at Pavilions today? I'm trying to go around 2pm, since it's Barrett-Jackson day.

I would like to hear more about this cruise in Scottsdale (Pavilions) that you guys are talking about...would like to check it out myself or is it only for ASCs?

Scottsdale Pavilions car show is the longest running, year round car show in the US (21 years). It is hosted by McDonald's, which has the honor of the highest Saturday nights sales in the country. In the winter vehicles begin to arrive around noon. Summer we get there around 4 or 5 pm and stay as late as 10 or 11pm. The older cars have reserved spot close to McD's, all other have rows to park in. Bikes have there own row. Mustangs have two rows on the fourth Saturday of every month. Cars come and go throughout the day, so it is ever changing.

Thanks for the info guys,
My only classic car is an 88 Thunderbird TC right now, but am headed to Ca. to pick up my first SVO next week, so hopefully I will be eligible to join you all at the Mustang row soon.

You can join us any other night with the '88. On Mustang night just park in the next row(until you pick up a 'Stang).
