Console reconditioning... What would you do?

Can you recommend a product to use?

If it weren't for the McLaren logo, I'd just consider putting in a regular fox console as this looks fairly poor...

My local upholstery shop does wonders for parts like this. Ask some local folks to recommend any places they found helpful. The one I use here in Phoenix is Bell Auto Upholstery. I have sent many other folks over for work. '88 McLaren seat repair, had my '89 seats re-covered, a '94 top replaced, motorcycle and ATV seats recovered. All done perfectly and inexpensive.
