Hi everybody, I'm not a ASC owner anymore and come here only once in a while just to see what's happening. I was very sad to learn that Sandy had passed away. I know I'm late but I'd like to offer my condoleance to the family. Sandy was THE MAN here for these cars. He'll be missed by all. RIP Sandy.

Wow, I've been gone a long time and decided to see how everything is going on and I see this. I'm sorry to hear of Sandy passing, he's the reason I decided to restore my asc coupe as and asc rather then go the cheaper route and go with regular capri stuff. God bless Sandy, you will be missed

Im new to the forums. mostly to actually owning one an ASC car
sorry to also hear about Sandy passing.. can someone enlighten
me as to what was his relationship to the ASC cars ?
Sounds like Im late to the game, but very interested in finding
more about the gentleman and what Im missing .

Plain and simple, Sandy was an expert on these cars because he loved them and had a connection or two with the factory. He was not much on the repair side of these cars. There are plenty of those sources still around. We miss him greatly as well.

Impossible to come to ASC McLaren.org and not think about him. It's like there is a big hole here now, something big is missing.

I receive the same error message when posting any reply however the message still gets posted.

The message gets posted to the forum, but in private messages it doesn't show up in the sent tab.

Try looking in the outbox. Messages don't appear in the sent box till they are read by the recipient.

Please take your issues to another "subject"! Many of us live to hear anything related to Sandy being posted on this site. It is very disappointing to see complaints unrelated to McLaren's let alone comments on a positive note related to
Sandy...

Wow...I haven't been on in a long time...

I'm sad to learn of Sandy's passing. I remember speaking with his years ago about registering my ASC and about Temple U!
