Guess I have been gone so long as to be erased ==am back now
I have a 1983 Merc Crimson Cat RS 5>0 4 spd
I haven't been back since we lost our friend SANDY.
Would like some info from you people re the cat I have not restored as am to old and have decided to just drive and enjoy.
Last year the heater core started leaking and I connected the in and out hose at the firewall, due to expense of new heater core.
Question with the heater bypassed will the air conditioner work?
I don't know if air conditioner is low on freon or will not work due to bypass
Thank you all and will try to be more active

I don't deactivate accounts or remove accounts if you've posted something.

I only remove accounts with ZERO posts after 1-2 years of inactivity.
