Remember guys, this is why everyone should get "agreed to" coverage.

I have $8500 on my asc through Hagerty. If it gets wrecked, that's what they pay out, no questions asked. It also can be a bargaining tool to move the insurer to pay out for substantial repairs. This is like only $130 per year.

If you don't have this, then you are at the mercy of the "book" values for the car. And you won't get much for a "used" car. You'll have to argue really hard for any collector value.

I have mine at $8,000 with Grundy for $150 per year.
