maybe in 86 sandy but my car had black in the rear from the factory

so now its black front black rear blue car

also the company that is stamped in the back side of the valance is

and the city name i cant read the first 2 letters very well at all this is what it looks like i did a google no such city. so if somone is from CA and can guess from my guess that would be cool
