GT-500 Vert?
I pulled the trigger. Here is a crappy photo of it that I snagged from the seller's website. It is a 2007, with 150 miles on it. Well, it has 165 miles now that I drove it home.

From here, I will make zero mods and won't abuse it, but I am not going to hermetically seal it either.

Sandy might get a kick out of it having the rare rocker stripe-delete option. I think that these cars look much better with the stripes, but hey, that's the way it goes.

Congrats Robert. I've always wanted a GT-500 (not a convertible). I plan to own one someday, but it will probably be an '11 model. Me, I like 'em without the stripes.

Amazing how fast the prices have deflated. In '07 I offered Bankston Ford in Frisco cash if they would sell me their showroom model at sticker. They wouldn't even discuss it. Wanted 15K over sticker at the time...about $65,000 if I remember correctly.

Again...congrats. You're making me want to go buy one even more.

Anybody wanna buy ASC Coupe #77? :D

You did it at the right time, no doubt. Those days are over, for now anyway.

Yep, that's what always happens. Once the initial furor wears off, prices drop quite nicely, and there will always be primo examples available for purchase. It is all about patience and not being the first guy on the block to have one.
