Dream Cruise Mustang Alley Location

Post by 87ASCMcSteve »

We're coming up from Florida for the Dream Cruise, obviously without the McLaren and will be anxious to find Mustang Alley to see all the cars. Where is it located? Is it in downtown Birmingham? Moved from Detroit area 3 years ago so have been to many Dream Cruises in the past.

Ken has 3 friends with McLarens?!? Cool. It'll be nice to see this many together at one place. The only other time and place I saw this many was at the '94 30th Anniversary show in NC @ Charlotte. There were about 7-8 if I remember correctly.

Anyone know what group has the other half of the lot were in? There is an abbreviation I can't decipher on the parking plan @ motor city terminators.

Hello All...This is Ken(89)Royal Gold Asc. I will be at the cruise. I have contacted all the people that came with me last year and I have also met some new owners. I have met a young man named Jerahmy(blue 87), John (Blue 87 or 88), Ken( blue 85Capri) John he is a used car dealer at Pat Milliken ford in redford Mi(white 89) A gentleman named Howard who worked at Asc from 1975 to 1995, he said his son has an 85 Mclaren, There was a man named Bob who has White 87 that was a theft recoveryso he has mustang parts on his and he made a backseat so that his grandkids can ride with him. I met the last three people at the telegraph cruise last weekend and I will be at the mustang cruise on the 12th in lavonia... So if I can get everyone that I know together then that will be me, Eddie, Aron, John, Jerahmy, john, Lee, Earnest, Ken. If I meet more I will tell them to come out. see everyone there...Ken

That'd be great to see so many ASC 'verts in one place at one time. I didn't quite catch what your friend Lee has? Everyone else you explained or is in your album. What year and color is his?

I am planning on going to the Livonia show on Sunday, so I'm sure I'll see you there.

Well the week is finally here.

I don't know where everyone hails from, but I'll be heading up early Sat. morning, in case anyone interested to meet up to head in to Mustang alley. I'll be coming out of Toledo on 75 North to Ferndale.
