You'll have to follow the Corporate Trail.

Consumer reports may be owned by the same Company that owns Collectible Automobile.

Do Authors have the right to require their name on any subsequent reprintings of their work?

FYI, save the website pages locally on your hard drive to retain the evidence if they take it down.

I t's down because I went to take a look, and I exploded ! I contacted them and explained politely and all that I wondered where my name was on it and that I was the sole author and NOT te editior of consumer whatever....
They turned it over to their lawyer who contacted me, and I once more explained that I did not mind it's presence, but merely wanted MY name at the top, since I wrote it and I gave him the name of John Beil wjo is/was a VIP at Collectible Automobile magazine to verify what I said. He seemed not interested in contacting the man, and also not too happy with me, and I let him know if it was not corrected in 12 hours I would file suit.
His ways & means of correcting it - was to pull it.

In other words, if he could not have it his way, it would be no way !
Afriend in the publications business did a search for me & found said magazine has been sued several times prior and has lost in more than 1/2 of the cases. Not only was mine lifted, most of the others also appeared in other car mags, and NONE were written by consumer whatever magazine.
They are no better than folks who go into retail stores and shoplift product.

Sandy, I went to the Internet Archive and made copies of all the pages and emailed them to you. They also contain the graphics and photos of all the Capris as well.

I resent it as a zip file.

There is not virus in it...it's all text. My guess is that the mime email encoding scrambled the already mime encoded mht files.
