1MH VINS

Post by negusm »

Anyone have an example?

I need to check one or more if possible. To see if my decoder is working right.

Does anyone know how many of the 1985 verts were 1MH vins versus 1ME vins?

Do we know the approximate ratio? I don't follow the verts terribly closely but do we see 50%, 25%, 75%??

Just did a quick going over of my not yet organized info and it looks like it's at least 75%.

How many convertibles were produced each model year, from '84 through '86? Are the figures @ ascmclaren.com accurate?

For 86 they are accurate. I think Sandy has all the info there for all the cars.

For 84-85, I think Sandy was "told" the numbers as the records were destroyed for all the cars.

1984 = 50
1985 = 257
Sandy, was that info given to you in document form or was that word of mouth from your contacts at asc? I know the 85 info for the individual cars was destroyed. I think you got documents from asc with production totals though for 84 and 85?
