Hi, Just got a phone call from a fellow member of the local car club , that I'm in.He was asking all about our cars. Seems he just picked one up . It was from up state Pa. The car is an '85 convertable,red in color,five speed,and low miles on it.Told him about this web site, and also Henry's site.If he dosen't come around.I'll try to get the numbers for you Sandy.This guy was a Chevy man, and this is his first shot at a Ford product.

Okay...he was a "Chevy~Man" and this is his first step outta Chevys.

This is akin to being 17 and passing your driving test and being given a valid driver's license , and the following day your dad hands you the keys to abrand new Jaguar XK Convertible. I got it, now.

I second that idea. How about at Carlisle in June ?? I usually take my 01 Mustang, but I will have (I hope) my recently aquired 85 asc ready to go by then. Maybe I'll take both !!!

I have read where some owners have gone in past years. Maybe we can get a BIG group together this year with a little advanced planning.

Hey everyone,

I live just outside Carlisle and I go to most of the shows, and our cars are really under represented and under appreciated IMHO.

If you want to put something together for this year I would be happy to help. We could earmark a section for our cars, put a cruise together to a local resturant, etc.

I am not sure if my car will be ready by then but I can work may a** off trying.

I will start a seperate post and see what kind of response I get.

I'm in Pottstown...got together with some friends for a new year's day cruise topless! It would have been nice to have a few more guys!

Sandy, I already sent you my info...I've forwarded the old emails to you also.

That is the gunmetal metallic/Academy Gray 1 of 12 i believe...

I gave my guy the code and this is what came out...its an amazing color...he did somthing funky with the metallic in the paint and it pops really well!

HI! Been a while since I've been up on the keyboard. Got the numbers on the red '85. So for Sandy's book keeping, here it is , production #151, SN #10644. Didn't get a chance to talk with the owner much, was working the cruise for the club.
