Broken swivel point on top frame

Guys,

I've posted a few pics in the "Other" pictures on the site. One of the swivel bushings on the top frame broke this morning. I've been studying it and it appears to be no more than a rather large rivet in the top frame. Anyways, it causes the top to sag and looks really bad. Anybody come across this? Any ideas on a fix?
