Yes, you do not realize the need - the demand for - web design among individuals, and among small sized companies. Companies offering a service, or a product that employ under 15 or so employees. They do not have the time to LEARN to design a site. You can give them face-time, on their property, and work with them to design what they want and consult with them and be an ADVISOR as well.
Make a list of the car dealers in your county. See who does not have a web site. If they all do, check out the used car dealers.

80% of all people my age (60) are computer dumb. We did not grow up with them and we are scared tulips of them ! Yet, we have the $$$$ to pay FOR help. Remember that!

Best honest advice? You are young ! Money comes & money goes, but "young.....Young only comes once"
Look at the weathly. How did they get there ? They went out on their own. Free Agent time !!
