I know how you feel Sandy, I have an 88lx hatchback, supercharged that's also black/scarlet. When people see them parked side by side they always are drawn to the hatchback??? It is in near mint condition but that's a mclaren for god's sake..have a little respect!! I might have to sell my harley or the 87 mclaren to help fund finishing the 67 fastback. I wish I could keep all of them but my wife really want's her fastback finished.

Hmmm, oddly, I seem to get the opposite response. Maybe it's the Hot Yellow paint, but I get "thumbs up," hollering, etc, whenever I take it out. The COUPE gers all the ooos & ahhhhss, what I typed is the reaction that the 'Verts get, or better said, do NOT get.

I did spot the mustang in the background right away. Don't tell me it's a S code. Your ASC is real nice. I like red interior. I have 2 cars with red interior. And SANDY if you ever open that ASC dealer let me know. : )

The data tag on the 67 told me it's a standard sportroof 2+2 (fastback) 289 2v c4 auto. It's a factory candy apple red car. The previous owner did a $28k restoration in 2005/2006. He drove it into a ditch and smashed the front left fender and subframe. He had no insurance on it. I heard he was in financial trouble so I jumped right on it. I think he had been drinking, there were beer cans and bunch of trash inside the car. She'll NEVER be treated like that again.
