Wow, what a great place. Is it in the middle of a residential neighborhood? I wonder what its history is.

It was a factory that made ALL the "Booby Sticks" (clubs) for police throughout America. It still has the wooden racks where they hung them up to dry !

I was there, today & paid my $150 Security & my $150 first month's rent.
Due to the severe rainfall we are going to have (so say the weathermen) on Saturday & Sunday and lingering light rainfall on Monday, it will probably be TUESDAY when we move in.

Such a unique & historical place - so much to see.

He is very strict. I recieved a lease with all the DON'TS --but none of which i would do.....anyway. No Smoking, No working on cars, close the overhead door after you enter, and keep it closed. It's storage, not a repair shop, nor a car wash, nor a oil change center, nor a smoke store nor a hang out.

I do not blame him. Cross every "t" and dot every i . He's a a nice man, I'm sure he & I will get along very well.

He has some neat cars, allthough they are all pretty dirty.
