what size are these?15" x7" or 16"x7"

i had planned on buying a set ,i wonder if a wheel company can make them bigger with a deep dish to them. i guess there is a company here locally that does wheel work i will have to give them a call.

make a wheel bigger? never heard of that. somone makes a wheel that looks just like the asc wheel that is a 16"

To make wheels bigger they cut the centers out and weld them into larger wheel hoops.

Its usually pricy.

When they go larger than the 15" almost all of the wheel companies upgrade to 5 lugs, too.
They may look the same, but check the # of lugs !

they ones i posted are a 4 lug 16" wheel

But I am talking the REAL DEAL, MSW or McLaren original equipment, from the factory style
mesh rims, 16 or 17" with 4 lugs !!
I don't think such exists!

i have a chance to buy some 89 wheels that are in rough shape he told me he thought they were 15".they looked bigger to me on the pics that i have seen.i think that i will probably buy them if i can get a good deal on making them bigger and maybe an inch wider.i am staying four lug so that won't be a problem.i have always been a fan of the mesh wheels especially when i saw a vette back in the day which was navy blue and had the gold BBS rims.thanks all for the replies

no no no sandy... the wheels in the pic are not stock.

hsean 89 wheels wouldent be the mesh style.

back in september i talked to this guy

I know - I saw that. I have never seen STOCK 87 88 ascMcLaren Rims, in a 16 or 17 inch size or with 5 lugs. I do not believe that such was ever made.

Right or wrong ?
