1987 McLaren possibly for sale

Just to let everyone know up front, I love the fox body mustangs, I have a 91 vert 5.0, and I also have a 87 McLaren vert #58 (as Sandy was kind enough to let me know). I have been looking at the site for a couple days and decided that this is the right place to post, you all have a true love for the McLaren, and I know I can't go wrong here.
The 87 is in pretty good shape, the problem is that the previous owner (a friend of mine) had a shop do some work on the fuel system, and it went horribly wrong, my friend picked the car up and drove it about 3 miles, when the engine cought fire. I will try to make this short, but not sure if I can. He had it towed back to the shop, and they agreed to fix it, after about 6 months my friend went back to the shop, and they had done a little work, they had purchased a used passenger fender (from a LX), and hood (from a LX), and the front end (again from a LX), my friend didnt know the difference, so he gave them more time, about a month later he was driving down his street, and saw a tow truck leaving, and thought that it was strange, much to his surprise the car was in his drive way with parts stuffed inside, and nothing done to it. He tried to sue these guys, but they all vanished including the shop. It set there for 3 years under a cover, when I became the new owner, my intent was to take what I need from my 91, and use it for the McLaren, but I promised my son the 91, so my wife wouldnt let me. I am a single income military guy with three teenage boys, so I dont have the money, or the time for the car, but thought there might be someone out there that does. OK, thats the story.

Ok I just realized it is not in my album, but posted on the 1987 album... its to late to fix, im tired, any way you can see the car in the 87 album, there is also a pic of my LX, and the back of my 55 chevy (dont hate).
