Looks like a guy has an 82 Capri with the McLaren WideBody kit on it. Doesn't seem to be an M81 or an Enduro car.

It looks like one of the McLaren wide body kits that were sold in the 80's. Very very few kits were made/sold.

Car looks about like this...except made from a Capri:

You wouldn't know it's a Capri except for the tailights, sail panels and vin.
