I too admire your McLaren's interior (Dash) alot. Very appealing. Of course, being my middle name is "STOCK") I would never do it to mine, but I admire yours very much.

From 1968 thru the mid 81970s I sold DODGE. Who Know? My 1970 free DEMO was a car I shoulda bought! But....who know the end was near ?

It was a R/T - S.E. Coupe, in Sublime with White vinyl top and black & white checkered cloth interior with a white leather surround. It was a 440 6-Pac with Torqueflite Auto Tranny and 3.73:1 gears, Road Wheels, Stereo with 8-Track, power locks & windows, ligtht & convencience pkgs. sill mouldings, fender mounted tirn blinkers, carpeted trunk & loads more. Arrived at dealer with 2 window stickers as all the options could not fit on one sticker. Yes, "Trac-Pac, too)

Outta the fire & into the airconditioning ultimate luxo cruiser, in 1971 they switched me to their I-C-P store (Imperial- Chrysler- Plymouth .

I bought (no demo) an Imperial LeBARON 4-Dr Hardtop, triple black.
I kept it for 6 years ! then bought a 1977 Imperial.
Great under-appreciated cars, they were the best. 5,000+ pounds, could never even feel RR crossing tracks when ya went over them.
A bed on wheels, with every option and leather like they no longer use, x-cept in Bentley & R.R. and Audi A8s.
