Color Change

Post by endem »

I have a numbers matching non molested silver '88 convertible with blue top and interior. I was thinking of having it resprayed navy as I think these cars look better in dark colors as that hides the many cut lines in the body. I'm afraid that it might negatively affect the value. Opinions requested. Thank you.

Stick with Silver. It's the best wrapper.

Yeah, the value will take a big hit. Don't do it.

Stay with silver, and if you have to paint one blue, get another like me...

Silver/Blue/Blue

Do you know that your car is 1 of 23 for that year? I would not change it. It could be even more rare depending on other options it may or may not have.

If you want a blue car, find a Fox GT and go ape-$hit on it.

Sounds like a nice car! Enjoy it!

Thanks for the info. 1 of 23? I'm not messing with it.

She is nice. Runs good and everything works.
