Has anybody ordered their Marti Report ? Interesting information on it on mine. My car showed to be painted Dove Gray from Ford.

I have ordered Marti Reports, but not for the ascMcLaren.

I have the Emminger Report now available from Martin, for my 85. Everything matches.

I have the Marti report for mine. Mine was 2R "Bright Red" from the factory and then pianted Muscat Red I assume. They did not have the Emminger for mine either.

I don't think they have many Emminger reports for the Capri based cars.

They have Eminger invoices for the Capri. I have seen a few of them. But the collection was incomplete and not in order so that is why they have a tough time finding them.

Hi all, managed to get both a Marti Report and a Carfax report for mine in the last few days, I am in the UK and have now found that my car was imported here in 96. I have a question, Do you have a system over there where you can find out who the previous owners of a car were?

Title history information is restricted by the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (1996) but you are allowed to inquire under a list of specific exemptions. The procedure for inquiry is different for each state.

thank you for the info, I did check the database on here before but it seems my car isnt listed here. The LTD ED badge is also missing on the car so I dont even know its unique number. A copy of my Marti Report is here, along with the CarFax info, it seems my car went to a dealer in Texas and I am assuming they couldnt sell it as it next appears in Florida with 8 miles on it. What is also interesting (well to me it is!) is that my car was due to be built on my birthday, 22nd June

Regarding the DSO and dealer information on the Marti report...that is just the dealer than ordered the vehicle. How it ended up in Florida could have been a dealer-to-dealer sale or trade.

I really appreciate your help Foxchassis, I will fill out the vehicle request form and try my luck! I am also awaiting a reply from our own UK Vehicle Registry which should hopefully give me the names of previous owners over here, I bought the car from a dealer over here and unfortunately have no paperwork at all with it, I am hoping a previous owner may still have it stashed away somewhere.

My car was shipped to Florida. The prior owner to me bought it from a kid there at about 1990 and brought it to NYS.

I sent letters and called Florida a few times around 1998-2000 and all times, they had no record of the car. So unless the car was registered well after 1990 in FL, they can't help.
