One ascMcLaren Is Not Enough !!!

Post by CocoLoco »

Well I did it. Added another one to the collection. I purchased one of the 2 remaining Seafoam Aqua 1990 cars - #263. This is the one in New York for those of you who might know the history of these cars. I believe the other one is in Ohio. If you happen to know who has it, please let me know.

It is still in New York but will be transported to me here in PA within the next 2 weeks. Like I said - one is not enough !!!

Congratulations! I missed buying the one in OH by a couple of months, and the NY one was a bit too rich for my blood. Actually, three Aqua cars survive, but the 3rd one was repainted Navy Blue, according to Sandy.

Once again, congratulations. Hope to see it at some Mustang shows in the coming years.

I though everyone had two or was looking for that second one. Having 2 has not stopped me from almost buying another one. The problem is you get a lot pickier after the first one. I wish I did not pass up on buying ASC #1.

Good luck with the purchase.

Thanks everyone. I know where there is a coupe for sale near me but he wants way too much money. Maybe someday he'll drop the price and then I'll have 3!!! Need to build a garage.

As far as Carlisle, I don't think it will be show ready by then. Needs a new roof so if it rains (and it always does in Carlisle) I'd be in trouble. So if I can get it up to show quality by then, I will bring it. But it is not looking good. Likely bring the 85. Worse case, my yellow Mustang.

Congrats on the purchase. Pretty neat to see the Capri and the Mustang side by side.

You know where there is a coupe near you? Do they ever take it out? I would love to see it. What year is it and what color? I don't have any interest in purchasing another one but would really like to see it. I understand if you would rather not say where it is.
