Don't know what to make of this bra

My "new" '85 Coupe came with a bra. It is blue supple vinyl and has snaps, not Velcro.

Plumkrazy and I noticed it has faint OEM-type numbers and the blue is a ringer for Vert blue vinyl.

It also seems to have the holes cut not for RS fogs, but for ASC Hellas.

Any thoughts? Custom? ASC prototype accessory? It's unlike any bra I recall from the era.

I tend to agree with Chuck. I'm guessing ASC made. What was the Date again ?? Dec ?? 1985

I couldn't make it out, but it may say August--which is also the month the car was built.
