Ebay 86 vert with low miles

HI, there is a 86 vert on ebay with 18,000 miles. red and tan. Just to let you know.

I like it. Seems to be all there. The upgraded A/C is not to worry about. Be nice to find an Alpine 7272 to put in. But, photos can hide alot. I am sure there are other minor little problems that the seller "forgot" ~ but, I've seen a whole lot, much worse!

He said car has been accepted to BJ Auction? I do not think BJ goes through the motions with out a commiment from seller i believe and i am pretty sure if he has commited to run it at palm beach he was suppose to agree not to sell car before hand by BJ. I am not 100% sure how there process works but do not think they just accept them and hope the car shows up!

I asked him and he doesn't have the original audio system.

Other than that, the car looks really nice.

Please note that several 86 Vert's (including my old one) that I have seen came with the Ford Premium Sound AM/FM cassette and not the Alpine like the Coupes.

Most of the Capri converts that I have seen do have the Ford premium am fm Cassette system in them. Those with Alpine, do NOT have the coupe's 7272, but rather a slightly different Alpine. (Perhaps they are the 1984s. I can't recall.

auction is ended and no sale. Did not reach the reserve. Hard to understand why.
